The Challenge
There was no access to an upper loft with an abundance of square footage the owners could not use. 

The Solution
A beautiful custom metal stringer that was powder coated black. We ordered kiln dried vertical grain lumber and stained it to match the flooring. Then we finished it off with a black aluminum handrail and stainless-steel cables. Now they have access to the loft and tons of extra space added their condo. 

The Process
Four Shore Renovations worked with the HOA and owners to design, build and integrate this staircase over the kitchen and into the loft. It took a lot of planning and hard work to get everything to the second floor but the result was amazing and the owners were very pleased.

Project: A complete roofing renovation combining new shingle roofing, flat-roof installation, structural repairs, fascia repairs, and a new sunroof installation.

Scope of Work

• Removed entire roofing system

The Result

A fully updated roofing system with improved weather protection, repaired structural components, and a new sunroof that brings additional natural light into the home.
